Project X

~ 1 Day~

Breakfast : Kueh tiaw goreng (Medium - 101 - 400 kcl)
Lunch : Bihun Tom Yum
Dinner: Nasi + ayam masak (masak aper eh???? entah... )

Exercise : Sit up -20
Dumbbell Exercise - Front Raises - 20
Dumbbell Exercise - Triceps Kick Back - 20
Squat - 20
= 4 set

wani, 1st day tu, rasa cam berat je menu tu, apa kata tukar sket, bfast da ok, lunch lak ambiklah nasi sesenduk, sayur2, malam lak, makan sup sayur, kalau malam mkn nasi, abislah dik oi :)

Kak miza tq for the comment... org kena try la kan... tapi tu r dok ngan family ssh sikit... hehe... ibu orang masak sedap tu... tapi hari ni org try eh!!!! erm... klu makan lauk jer waktu malam boleh????
