~Day 2~

Breakfast - Bihun goreng + kerang sambal
Brunch - Boss - Good Start Blend
Lunch - subway - steak n cheese
Dinner - Nasi + ikan parang masak asam pedas + sayur taugeh

Exercise : Sit up -20
Dumbbell Exercise - Front Raises - 20
Dumbbell Exercise - Triceps Kick Back - 20
Squat - 20
= 4 set
